After years of immersing myself in Charlotte’s vibrant neighborhoods and studying the ins and outs of the in-town real estate market, I couldn’t resist the urge any longer. Armed with my expertise in carpentry, renovation, and market analysis, and fueled by the encouragement of my loved ones, I finally took the plunge and earned my real estate license. Now, I’m delighted to help others discover the hidden gems and endless possibilities in this incredible city.

Currently I live in Plaza Midwood. From the mouth-watering cuisine at the hip bars to the sprawling park where my kids can run free, this neighborhood stole my heart from day one. And let’s not forget about the friendly locals who greet you with a wave from their front porch. As a proud Californian, I never imagined I’d find a place that could rival the Golden State’s charm. But Plaza Midwood and the surrounding neighborhoods won me over completely.
