With over six years of experience servicing agents and clients in the greater Charlotte area through his company, Foam Home, John Longstreet is thrilled to bring his passion and expertise to his new role as a real estate agent at Savvy + Co. Real Estate. Growing up around real estate and inspired by his aunt’s stories as an agent, he developed a deep understanding and appreciation for the industry early on. Her belief in my potential and insistence that John enter the industry have been driving forces in his career.

I specialize in building personal relationships with clients, diving deep into their specific needs and goals. My expertise spans all areas of Charlotte, with a particular focus on the in-town neighborhoods. From the best parks to the trendiest restaurants, I know the spots that make this city shine! This knowledge, coupled with my background as a contractor in the home maintenance industry, means I bring a hands-on, detail-oriented approach, making sure every step of the buying and selling process is smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to finding the perfect fit for your lifestyle.

Originally from York, PA, I’ve called Charlotte home for the last six years and cherish the city’s diversity and vibrant communities. Each neighborhood here has its own unique charm and character – there’s truly something for everyone here.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me watching soccer (go CLTFC!), hitting the golf course, or spending quality time with my wife, Dani, our playful pup, Rocco, and our sassy cat, Jun, at our home in Sheffield Park.
