As a North Carolina native from the charming town of Mount Gilead, Grace’s journey brought her to the greater Charlotte area about five years ago. Instantly, she fell in love with this city and what it symbolizes: boundless opportunity. Her passion for Charlotte inspired her to pursue a career in real estate, recognizing that homeownership is a cornerstone of economic and social mobility.
My mission is to help individuals and families achieve their dreams of homeownership, unlocking the immense opportunities that real estate provides. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or looking to invest, I am dedicated to guiding you every step of the way with expertise, integrity, and a deep understanding of the local market.Beyond my professional life, I am an avid traveler with a particular fondness for Sweden in the summer. As a foodie, I express my love through cooking, often hosting meals for friends and family. Currently, I call the artsy district of NoDa home, but you can frequently find me in Davidson/Cornelius, where my family resides.
I am also a senior at UNC Charlotte, where I am majoring in Business Spanish Translation, and International Development and Sustainability. My academic background equips me with a unique perspective and a commitment to sustainable and inclusive growth, both locally and globally.
