This private country club came along while the community of Ballantyne was being developed by Smoky Bissell. Amenities include five swimming pools, 45,000 square foot main clubhouse, nine tennis courts, a 24/7 fitness center, and of course the crown jewel – the 18 hole course designed by Rees Jones. Located in the heart of South Charlotte’s most popular neighborhood, golfers can enjoy the exciting dining and entertainment options that Ballantyne has to offer.
Raintree Country Club
Nestled between Charlotte’s popular Ballantyne neighborhood and the small, neighboring town of Matthews, NC, Raintree is a beautiful club featuring two 18-hole championship courses. Members are also included in the Private Club Network which allows access to over 200 private Clubs across the United States. Who doesn’t love vacation golf!
Piper Glen
Raintree’s neighboring course, Piper Glen not only has a wonderful 18-hole course designed by the legendary Arnold Palmer, but the club offers a bevy of social activities including Golf Tournaments, Kids and Family events, Networking opportunities, and holiday celebrations.
