Shortly after moving into our home, Amy sent a message asking how we were doing. I told her all was well except that our upstairs HVAC was not working. This had been a back and forth with the seller and was supposedly fixed but in actuality, a band aid had just been placed on the system to mask the issue enough for us to proceed with closing. Amy wasn’t having it. She got VERY involved, even drove out to my house to meet the repairman while I was out of town on business! What kind of REALTOR® does that a month after closing?!?! The kind of REALTOR® you want, that’s who! Amy is my forever REALTOR® and I will continue to sing her praises and recommend her services to anyone I know who is looking to buy or sell a home.
