Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in historic Savannah, GA, my father owned a real estate firm and construction company. Our family vacations often involved exploring model homes, and weekends were spent driving around neighborhoods looking for lots he could build on. It was during these childhood adventures that my passion for homes and neighborhoods took root.

After moving to the Charlotte area in 2009, my husband and I quickly realized that the northern suburbs were where we belonged. We bought and sold homes in Huntersville and Mooresville before settling in Davidson, NC. This journey inspired me to follow in my father’s footsteps and start my career in residential sales, combining my love for real estate with my enthusiasm for helping people find their dream homes.

Throughout my real estate career, I have primarily served the Davidson and Lake Norman areas. I am dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, responding to clients promptly – often within just a minute! For my buyer clients, my approach is proactive: I start by searching for the best listings with the highest value and, as I get to know my clients’ needs, I fine-tune our search to find their perfect match. When working with sellers, I leverage my in-depth market knowledge and attention to detail to create effective marketing strategies, making sure their homes stand out and attract the right buyers.

I take immense pride in supporting my clients every step of the way, forming such close relationships that closing day often feels bittersweet. Thankfully, many of my clients become lifelong friends, which is truly one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. My goal is for clients to not only enjoy the process but also feel confident that hiring me was the right choice. I thrive on making my clients happy, and there’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing their excitement when we find the perfect home.

The northern Charlotte suburbs have been home for 15 years, and I love the access to beautiful Lake Norman, the greenways, craft breweries, and the ease of reaching both the mountains and the beach within a few hours. Outside of real estate, my family and I love to travel, exploring places like Australia, Ireland, and Italy. We also manage two Airbnb properties, one in the mountains and one at the beach, where we enjoy providing guests with a 5-star experience.
