Before receiving his real estate license in 2018, Jimmy had a side business where he purchased, fixed up, and flipped houses. Now with The Black Label Group, Jimmy utilizes his construction experience to find buildable land and listable houses.
A primary focus of The Black Label Group business strategy is acquiring vacant land for investors to build spec homes. They have partnered with a builder to bring high-quality affordable homes to the Charlotte area so potential homebuyers can take advantage of the low interest rates.
