Savvy + Co. is proud to announce that Justin Butler has joined its talented team of professional brokers!
Justin grew up in the Atlanta area and moved to Charlotte in 2009. Shortly after moving here, he knew he found his new home. Over the years he has enjoyed seeing our city grow into the booming metropolitan that it is today.
“I have always had an interest in houses. When I was younger I stumbled upon some books on prefab homes that changed my perspective on what a home could be. I’ve always admired architects and builders that are pushing the envelope on design and sustainability in construction. It’s been really interesting to see Charlotte develop so many different communities, each with its own style. When I meet people looking for a specific type of home, I can almost tell them the exact neighborhood to start their search.
I’m very excited to be a part of the Savvy + Co. Real Estate team. This will be my fourth year working in the real estate business, and I’m thankful for being part of an organization that encourages the growth and development of the best agents in Charlotte.”
When he’s not working, you will most likely find Justin riding his bike. With great riding in the area, as well as access to everything in the North Carolina mountains, it’s hard to find a better place for road riding and mountain biking. He also enjoys taking his 84’ Porsche 911 out and finding new roads to explore. “Just when I think I’ve seen it all, I still find great places to drive.”
